Damien Sandow vs Randy Orton
Orton hits a shoulder tackle and circles Sandow, then they tie up and Sandow applies a side headlock, only to have Orton break out and hit a shoulder block. Sandow stomps him a few times in the corner before punching him in the head, then he drops a knee before getting a close near fall. Orton throws Sandow into the corner and hits a clothesline, then he follows with a powerslam and sets up a hanging DDT on the apron. Sandow counters and backdrops him to the apron, then he hits the ropes and tackles Orton, sending him crashing into the barricade as we go to a break. We get back to see Sandow connect with a DDT for a near fall, then he repeatedly knees him in the chest before hitting a side Russian legsweep and the Elbow of Disdain.
Sandow drops another elbow before going to a headlock, then he kicks Orton but ends up running into a clothesline. Orton hits a back body drop so Sandow tries to escape, then Orton grabs him and hits a hanging DDT before punching the mat and hitting a RKO for the win. Big Show comes out after the match and says Orton is amazing to watch, but the problem is Orton's not a team player. He says Orton's ego prevented them from winning at Wrestlemania, then Sandow attacks Orton from behind and hits a straightjacket neckbreaker as Big Show laughs hysterically. Show stops and says that was funny, but there's nothing funny about what he's going to do to Orton at Extreme Rules.
Winner – Randy Orton
