As seen on the "Old School" edition of Raw last night, The New Age Outlaws wrestled a WWE match for the first time in 13 years, defeating Primo and Epico. Following the show, in a RAW Active video, Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes issued a challenge to the former tag champs for next Monday's show.
It is expected the match will indeed take place next week, but as of now, WWE has no plans for Road Dogg and Billy Gunn at this year's WrestleMania, so this will likely be a one-and-done match.
Late last year, the Outlaws worked Rhodes Scholars on several house shows, so these two teams have experience with one another in the ring.
