WWE Superstar Chris Jericho appeared on Afterbuzz TV for a pretty lengthy interview, talking on his most recent return, the difference between him and other part-timer Superstars, and more.
On his part-time returns: "I've always considered myself to be an entertainer, first and foremost … Over the years I branded myself into doing a bunch of different things … It's important – especially in this day and age – to brand yourself, and I've been doing that. But still, I love the WWE and I love wrestling. It's where I got my stripes and I'll always come back, even if it's just for a couple months at a time when I have holes in my schedule … but I'm only going to do it if I can enjoy it, and if I can meet the standards I have set for myself."
The difference between him and Rock/Brock: "Nothing against what Rock does, or Brock, but when I come back I don't just come back for Monday Night Raw. I'll do the house shows … but that's part of it for me. I don't want to just be 'I'll work three Raws and a pay-per-view' – I'll work as many shows as they have … when I come back I'm coming back for the right reasons. It's not just about being on TV and get the hype or the glory. I'll work the smaller shows as well, because I want to help the younger guys that are still learning."
