Dolph Ziggler is shown gloating to Vickie Guerrero about picking his spot, then he makes out with AJ and says she looks wonderful tonight. Dolph says he should choose number 30 because it's smart, but he could also pick number 27 because it's already seen four winners and it might be luck. He says he doesn't need luck because he great, but Vickie laughs and says he can stop because she didn't say he could pick any number. Vickie says he gets to choose between what she says, so he can pick either number one or two, then she leaves Dolph to ponder her decision.
CM Punk and Paul Heyman are shown walking backstage talking about what happened to The Rock, then Vince McMahon walks up and says he's on to them. He says Punk thinks he's smart but he will take action if necessary, then they bicker a bit before Heyman tries to reason with him. Heyman says The Shield has attacked several people unrelated to Punk, and they should try to figure this out reasonably. Vince says no one had better interfere in the title match on Sunday, because the action he said he'd take will be severe. Vince says he will strip Punk of his title and walks away, then Heyman says he warned Punk about what Vince is capable of.
