Brooke Hogan has been making the media rounds this week, as she gets set to "marry" Bully Ray in the main event segment of tonight's Impact Wrestling live. The bride-to-be talked in depth on the doubts and criticisms facing her when she first joined up with TNA, and working to overcome and gain the trust of the locker room.
"I think it’s been my willingness to spend time with the girls. Of course they were going to be like, ‘Who is this girl? She’s younger than us. She’s totally inexperienced.' But what they can rest easy knowing is that I had the two best mentors in the wrestling business ever. I had Vince McMahon and Hulk Hogan over my house every day. I heard the phone calls. I went to the matches. I saw the business meetings. I saw everything. So what people think I don’t know, I actually do know, and it’s second nature to me.”
Brooke also talked about spending a lot of time with Garrett Bischoff and David Flair as kids. You can read the full interview on Newsday.com, or by following the link provided.
