Steve Austin returns to the big screen as “Manning”, alongside Steven Seagal as “Tom Steele”, two former black ops assigned to decommission an old prison, charged with overseeing the arrival of two mysterious female prisoners. But when an elite force of mercenaries arrive, and the identities of the two prisoners are revealed, Steele and Manning are in the midst of something far bigger than they ever envisaged.
