We go to CM Punk and Paul Heyman after a Ryback promo video, and Punk is shown watching it and Heyman tells him he can't let it get in his head. Punk says it's not getting to him and he's the best, then he says he can't believe he's in a lumberjack match and he's already starting to miss AJ. Heyman says he is going to beat Ryback, and he will show up next Monday with his championship, and he can let his title speak for the fact that he's still the best in the world.
Champion vs Champion Lumberjack Match
Sheamus vs CM Punk (w/ Paul Heyman)
Sheamus takes Punk down with a waistlock, then he takes him into the corner but Punk shoves him back and throws Sheamus outside towards the lumberjacks. Sheamus dares them to touch him so they back away, then Sheamus rolls in and throws Punk outside and the lumberjacks roll him in. Punk fights out of a side headlock and backs Sheamus into the corner, then he rams his shoulder into him and headbutts him in the stomach. Punk goes for a neckbreaker but Sheamus counters with a shoulder block, then he bodyslams Punk and hits an elbow drop for a near fall. He throws Punk outside and the lumberjacks roll him back in, then Sheamus ties him in the ropes and clubs him in the chest, but Punk frees himself and snaps Sheamus' head on the ropes.
Punk hits a top rope clothesline for a near fall, then he kicks Sheamus and throws him outside, and the lumberjacks kick him a few times and roll him back in. We get from a break to see Punk go for a near fall, then he applies a hammerlock but Sheamus powers up to his feet and goes for a rolling fireman's carry slam. Punk floats over and kicks him back out of the ring, and he gets attacked again but some of the lumberjacks help him up and roll him inside. Punk heads up top and connects with a forearm shot, then he goes back up top and hits another forearm shot. He goes back up a third time but Sheamus punches him on the way down, then he hits a few clotheslines but Punk comes back with a cheap shot and bodyslam. (Cont'd…)
