Update: Judge Denies Hogan’s Request to Have Injunction Filed in Sex Tape Case

Hulk HoganPWInsider.com is reporting that United States District Judge James Whittemore has denied Hulk Hogan's request for a temporary injunction against Gawker.com, for posting a one minute clip of Hogan's sex tape with Heather Clem.

The judge ruled that Hogan "failed to show that immediate and irreparable injury, loss or damage" would take place if the sex tape clip was not pulled from the website, so at this point Gawker can leave the footage up on its site.

A hearing for the injunction is still scheduled to take place on 11/8, during which both sides will argue their claims and a judge will then make a final decision.
