Booker T comes out and says there is a buzz in WWE and people want to know whether the Knockout Punch or the Brogue Kick is better. Booker says they will find out the answer right now, then he introduces Big Show and Sheamus and says this isn't about their title match. He motions to a speed bag hooked up to a monitor, and he says they will find out who can hit the hardest. Show screams and says he isn't playing a game, but Sheamus tells him he will do it and kicks it to earn a score of 1322 force. Show says he's not doing it because it's rigged, but Sheamus talks him up and says it's just about finding out who is the best.

Sheamus says he thinks Show doesn't want to get embarrased, but nothing is more embarrassing than his last world title reign. Sheamus says this conversation lasted longer than his title reign, then Sheamus keeps egging him on so Show gets pissed and punches the bag. Show earns a score of 1809 force and stares Sheamus down, then he says he will see him at Hell In A Cell and walks backstage. Sheamus says he's been joking around but he does take this all seriously, but he has to mention that Big Show is hitting something that is standing still, not him. Sheamus goes to finish but Tensai runs out and hits him from behind, then Booker yells at him and tells him to get out of there.

Sheamus vs Tensai

Sheamus runs at Tensai and punches him on the floor, then he throws him into the barricade but Tensai hits him back and throws him into the apron. Sheamus blocks an Irish whip and slams his head into the ringpost, then he rolls Tensai in and the ref checks on them before ringing the bell. Tensai hits a clothesline but Sheamus comes back with a forearm shot, then he rams his shoulder into Tensai's ribs but Tensai hits another clothesline. Tensai sets up for a suplex but Sheamus reverses it and hits one of his own, then he avoids a corner splash and connects with some forearm smashes. Sheamus powerslams Tensai for a near fall and goes for the Irish Curse, but Tensai elbows him in the head and goes for a running senton. Sheamus rolls away and hits White Noise, then he calls for the end and hits a Brogue Kick for the win.

Winner – Sheamus
