Matt Striker welcomes Randy Orton back to Smackdown, and Orton says it hurts being away because this is his life. He says it's like stealing his breath, and Alberto Del Rio may be the number one contender, but Alberto didn't face him yet. Orton says he is going to honor his return by giving the fans something to remember, and that's hitting Alberto with a perfectly executed RKO.
Jinder Mahal vs Ryback
Ryback spears Jinder in the corner and slams him to the mat, then he slams Jinder's head on the mat and tosses him into the corner. Jinder comes back with a running kneelift, then he goes for a second but Ryback counters with a spinebuster. Ryback calls for a lariat but Jinder rolls outside, then Ryback goes after him but Jinder hits him with a microphone to get disqualified and runs away.

R-Truth (w/ Kofi Kingston) vs Darren Young (w/ Titus O'Neil & AW)
Truth rushes Darren in the corner and whips him off the ropes, but Darren pulls the ropes down and Truth falls out to the floor. Titus stomps on Truth outside but Kofi jumps over the steps and tackles him, then AW throws his jacket at Kofi. AW retreats as Kofi chases him away, then Truth gets a near fall as Titus kicks Kofi and knocks him on the ground. Truth kicks Titus through the ropes, then Darren catches Truth offguard and he hits a fireman's carry gutbuster for the win.
