Baseball Closer Uses John Cena Gesture After Strike-Out

John CenaMajor League Baseball closer Chris Perez, who plays for the Cleveland Indians, caused a stir during his most recent game against the Kansas City Royals. After striking out KC outfielder Jarrod Dyson, Perez used John Cena's "You Can't See Me" gesture to taunt him, an action he promised his bullpen he would do, according to Sports Illustrated.

Perez responded to criticism by saying: "If he took offense to it, oh well. It happened and it's the same as when a hitter hits a home run and they come back to the dugout and do all their hand-slapping stuff. We see that as pitchers and we don't take offense to it because he just hit a home run."
