Eric Bischoff starts the show off by saying he has business he wants to take care of right now, and he thinks Hulk Hogan and his son feel good. He says they feel like they are in control because he is cornered, but his name will live on and he will be a legacy. Eric says the reason is because he put a team together at the snap of a hat, and he wants to bring his great team to the ring right now. Bully Ray says Eric is a great man, but he made one mistake and he needs to call him out, and he tells him the mistake was Garett.
Eric says they will take care of it at Lockdown and he understands the challenge, so they will have a best of three series to determine who gets the advantage at Lockdown. Eric says he knows Gunner is ready for the challenge, so he tells his son to bring whoever they want to try and beat him. Garett says Eric's team is lined up and ready to go, but he hopes he chose wisely because his team is in the back and ready to go. He says one of the guys is foaming at the mouth waiting to get in the ring, and he brings out Ken Anderson for the first match.
Gunner vs Ken Anderson
Anderson punches Gunner in the corner, but Gunner trips him and stomps him before punching him in the head. Anderson rolls outside and Gunner follows, but Anderson turns the tables and sends him into the guardrail. They roll inside and Anderson gets mad after a near fall, and he runs at Gunner but gets poked in the eyes. Gunner slams Anderson in the corner then tries to roll him up by using the tights, but Anderson kicks out and punches him in the head. Anderson moves when Gunner runs at him and slams him shoulder first into the corner, then he punches and chokes him repeatedly until the ref calls for the bell.
Winner (by disqualification) – Gunner
