Aries knocks him off the apron with an elbow then he knocks Bully down with a missile dropkick. Aries rolls under Bully and gets the tag, and Storm hits some clotheslines and an atomic drop while Roode watches from outside. Storm flips him in the ring but Roode begs him off and runs away while Bully attacks Storm from behind. Storm comes back with Closing Time, then Roode tries to spit beer in his face but Storm ducks it and Roode spits in Bully's face. Roode runs away while Storm hits Bully with a Last Call, then he makes the cover as Roode holds his title on the ramp.

Dixie Carter comes out to the ring and asks Hulk Hogan to join her, then she tells her to listen to the fans chanting his name. She says she knows taking over for Sting is a big deal, but she does believe in Hulk. Dixie says she wants him to take the job, but she does need a decision and Hulk says he is here because of Sting. He says he doesn't want to blame Eric Bischoff for his problems because he was involved, but he didn't like how he is and changed it. Hulk says he made peace with everyone and he closed the book on that part of his life, but Sting comes out with a group of wrestlers and says Hulk can't turn them down.
Sting says the writing is on the wall and asks for his decision, and Hulk asks if he gets a clean slate. He says things are bad, but he needs to know that no matter what happens, Sting has his back. Sting says he does, but wants to know that Hulk is going to run the show and says he wants to know that the real Hulk is going to be running things. He says if everything is clear, he will be the GM of the show and does his 'whatcha gonna do' rant before celebrating with the people in the ring as Impact ends.
