As we posted earlier, WWE.com made it public that John Cena was in a car accident today in Philadelphia, PA, the site of tonight's RAW.
WWE.com is reporting that the SUV Cena was traveling in was rear ended by a Honda Civic, which was rear ended by a tractor trailer. Cena told WWE.com. "The Civic was totaled, but no one was hurt, believe it or not."
The report notes that RAW will proceed on as planned for Cena, with him having a match against Mark Henry.
According to Cena's driver, Jules Anderson, the accident occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m., while Cena was in the middle of doing media around the city to promote RAW and WrestleMania. The SUV was traveling east on Route 76. The SUV sustained slight damage in the rear where it was hit by the Honda Civic and fortunatley no injures were sustained.
