TNA House Show Results (1/24): Brussels, Belgium

I attended the TNA houseshow at National Forest in Brussels, Belgium. Rowdy crowd of 1200-1500. Would have been a lot more if TNA already broadcasted in the dutch part of Belgium, which counts of 60% of the total population.

Here are the results:

Triple threat for the X-DIVISION title : Alex Shelley Vs a local brussels wrestler Vs Austin Aries. Winner by pinfall : Austin Aries.

Gunner Vs Doug Williams. Winner by pinfall : Gunner

Samoa Joe Vs Crimson. Winner by pinfall : Crimson. After the match Joe attacked Crimson. Crimson was helped to the back by the referees.

Gail Kim and Madison Rayne VS Mickie James and Tara. Winners by pinfall : Mickie and Tara (Mickie pinned Madison after the chick kick ).

INTERMISSION…we're informed that Mickie James will be signing our stuff at the concession stand.

AJ Styles Vs Bully Ray. Winner by pinfall : AJ Styles.

Bully Ray EASILY got the most heat out of all the heels tonight.

MAIN EVENT for the TNA World Title : Bobby Roode Vs Kurt Angle Vs James Storm. Winner : Bobby Roode.

Storm with the Last Call on Angle, but Bobby threw out Storm and pinned Angle to retain.

After the match Storm superkicked Roode and shared a beer with Angle to send us all home happy.

Storm was assigned to wave the belgian flag around 🙂

Afterwards, Christy Hemme told us that they would be back next year and Tara was at the concession stand right now to sign our stuff.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
