John Cena comes out to the ring and says Alberto Del Rio's actions have been speaking louder than his words, because his words have been cowardly. He says his reaction will be to kick Alberto's teeth down his throat then says if you want some come get some. Mark Henry comes out to the ring instead, and he tells Cena that he came down there to get him some, because he has been destroying people over the past few months. Henry says Cena is going to join his list of pain, and whoever wins the steel cage will join it too, then the World's Strongest Man will become the World Heavyweight Champion at Night of Champions.
Christian comes out to put Henry's question to rest, and says he will beat and embarrass Orton to win the title, but they can deal with that later. Christian says he has a problem with Cena whining and bitching every week until he gets what he wants, but Cena mocks him and says they should come get some or get gone. Christian tells Henry they should do something about it and they corner Cena, but Sheamus runs out to even things up. Christian leaves Henry by himself, and when Henry realizes it, he backs off and leaves the ring as we see John Laurinitis watching backstage. He says he wants to make a tag match with the four of them, but HHH comes in and tells him he already made that match, and says he is John's boss and he'd better not forget it.
CM Punk vs The Miz
Punk hits a shoulder block on the ropes and mockingly yells 'awesome' then they lock up and Miz shoves him in the corner. The ref backs Miz off and Punk kicks him then hits an elbow and a suplex, then he goes up top and attempts an elbow drop. Miz cuts him off and shoves him off, then kicks him a few times and drives a knee into his back. Miz bounces off the ropes and hits a kneelift, then he taunts Punk and tells him to get up. Punk kicks him in the legs and Miz stops him with a quick DDT for a two count then applies a headlock. Punk uses his knees to get out but Miz takes him back down with a neckbreaker / backbreaker combo and gets another two count. (Continued…)
