Bryan is finally able to get up and uppercuts Alberto and whips him across the corner, but Alberto reverses and dropkicks him in the head. Bryan punches back again and Alberto knocks him down and reapplies the armbar, and they trade off like this until Bryan repeatedly kicks Alberto in the ribs. He whips him across the ring and Bryan runs the turnbuckle and flips over and clotheslines Alberto. He whips Alberto and ducks, and Alberto kicks him in the head, but Bryan backbody drops him out to the floor and connects with a running knee smash off the apron. Bryan goes to the top turnbuckle and jumps off, but Alberto moves out of the way and tries to get a pin with a German suplex. Alberto lifts Bryan on the turnbuckle and attempts a belly to back superplex, but Bryan turns on the way down and lands on Alberto.
After a commercial, both guys are slugging it out before Bryan hits a running dropkick in the corner and Bryan goes back to the top turnbuckle. Ricardo is screaming on the outside, but Bryan hits a missile dropkick for a two count, then kicks Alberto in the chest. Alberto ducks one and tries a suplex, but Bryan flosts over and runs back at Alberto. He gets him in a front facelock with legscissors, but Alberto runs him into the corner to break the hold. Bryan tries to hold on and push back out of the corner, but Alberto suplexes him and follows through with the Cross Armbreaker, and he gets Bryan to tap to win the match.
Winner – Alberto Del Rio
Alberto attacks him after the bell and puts him back in the Cross Armbreaker, but Sin Cara runs out to make the save. He hits a hurricanrana off the ropes and dropkicks Alberto through the ropes and down to the floor. Cara goes up to the top turnbuckle and leaps off onto Alberto, and Alberto retreats back up the ramp with Ricardo. Cara goes to check on Bryan by announcer's table and he helps him up, then they show Alberto raising his title on the ramp and taunting the fans.
