Devon comes in the locker room and asks if Pope is ready, then says he needs to give him props. He says they had a good match but he had to slap him around because he didn't want to win like Pope tried. He says it will happen again if Pope crosses him, but he wants that seven points so he can become the new champion at Bound For Glory. Pope tells him they will get it done as the cameras cut to Jeff Jarrett and Karen unloading their luggage and Jeff puts on an oversized sombrero.
Devon & Pope vs Beer Money vs AJ Styles & RVD
RVD whips Devon off the ropes but eats a corkscrew elbow and he tags in Pope, and they trade submission and pin attempts. AJ tags in and gets a few pin attempts on Pope then whips him into the ropes and Storm blindtags in and hits an elevated lariat with help from AJ. Storm gets knocked down by a double team from Pope and Devon, but is able to get back in it by hitting a spinning elbow off the middle rope. He tags in Roode who hits some elbows on Pope and follows it with a corner clothesline and spinebuster.
RVD breaks up a pin attempt then gets kicked in the head by Storm and DDT'd by Roode and it is starting to break loose here. AJ hits a bulldog off the top rope and Devon and Pope clear the ring and set up a double team move. Devon hits Pope by accident and walks into Roode, who catches him with a fisherman's suplex for the win.
(This was a pretty fast paced match that saw alot of hot tags and some high risk moves. It was a decent TV match that made everyone look pretty good, and continued to showcase the Bound for Glory tournament. Also, the Devon/Pope angle was continued and I have enjoyed it so far, it's a little twist on the classic teacher/student angle.)
