Last year, WWE ran a “diss the diva” contest that featured the remaining contestants insulting each other with expletives and sexual innuendo. Early Monday, WWE.com confirmed plans for a “trash-talking” competition on Monday’s RAW, which was to likely be in the same spirit as last year’s controversial segment.
WWE.com has since removed all references to a trash-talking competition from its website.
It was recently reported that Spike TV was very upset with WWE for airing Leyla’s “nip slip” without warning, but it is not known if Spike TV factored into the decision to edit the WWE RAW Preview and/or modify the plans for tonight’s competition.
Again, absolutely nothing concrete has been confirmed as it relates to tonight’s WWE RAW Diva Search challenge.
