— The Wrestling Observer newsletter reports that Ultimo Dragon has been sending feelers to TNA about getting a contract with the company.
Dragon was offered matches with Christopher Daniels at the past two PPV events by TNA, but due to scheduling conflicts he couldn’t work the dates. Another issue is that at the time he had work in Japan, and didn’t want to get on WWE’s bad side for when he comes back to the U.S.
However, now that he has fulfilled all of his bookings in Japan. and WWE has not contacted him, he is interested in working for TNA under a contract. TNA has shown interest in Ultimo Dragon, but it is unclear whether they would want to sign him to a contract or not.
