In Pittsburgh last night during RAW, there were commercials for Saturday night’s Hardcore Homecoming show at the Golden Dome. The commercial used footage from the initial Hardcore Homecoming show in Philadelphia from June. Among the stars advertised for the upcoming Saturday show are Sandman, Jerry Lynn, New Jack, Shane Douglas, and clips were shown featuring highlights of such stars as Francine, Blue Meanie, Justin Credible, Balls Mahoney, Axl Rotten, and Kid Kash.
Some more notes from the SmackDown! tapings at the super show last night. The wrestler who matched Ken Kennedy was most likely Biohazard working under his real name. Anyone who can confirm please e-mail us and let us know. The dark match was Scotty 2 Hotty jobbing to Paul Burchill.
The U.K. version of RAW last night missed a few seconds of the Cena vs. Angle & Tomko handicap main-event match at one point. The segment where they returned from break with Edge in mid-interview was not just in the U.K., for those wondering, as it happened on the U.S. broadcast as well.
