— The October edition of Time Magazine has a lengthy story on UFC, built around the Forest Griffin vs. Stephen Bonnar fight. They claim that UFC has a chance to become a major thing because boxing has few major stars left and pro wrestling has become too cartoonish.
— Mick Foley ended up turning down a nationally syndicated radio hosting gig, which he had been in negotiations with for about a year. He thought four hours a day, without a co-host, combined with the prep work, would just be too much time away from his family which is why he retired from pro wrestling in the first place.
— The WWE show airing on Saturday mornings will be called “RAW A.M.” Check your local listings for times.
