There is an independent wrestling show on Saturday, October 1, being held in Kearny, N.J. at 7:35PM. The federation is the NWS (National Wrestling Superstars) and the show Saturday night features Sid Vicious, Luna Vachon, and Doug Gilbert.
The NWS works sometimes in conjunction with the IWF based out of Paterson, N.J. (I believe) and the WWE uses some IWF superstars such as Kevin Knight and Roman in dark matches. Roman took part in one of the Kurt Angle invitational matches and Kevin Knight has been at WrestleMania’s as one of Undertaker’s druids. (Thanks to Timmy Sull)
