Big Change At RAW, RAW Censored, Backstage News & Notes

Sorry for the opinion here, but HONESTLY, does it really make any sense for WWE.com to promote Triple H on ‘The Cutting Edge’ all day and then not deliver? Or how about the line at Survivor Series confirming that “The Cutting Edge will make it’s debut on RAW this week” only to not deliver. It’s great that WWE.com is trying to become ‘newsworthy’ as of late but they need to make sure things are right before posting ‘rumors & news’ on the company website.

There was a major change made to RAW during the late afternoon hours yesterday. The original plans had called for Triple H to make an appearance during The Cutting Edge show w/ Edge but the whole idea was scratched late in the afternoon.

The Ric Flair warrant situation will be addressed further when he returns to Charlotte tomorrow. WWE.com actually picked up on the story just prior to RAW noting the same thing we posted earlier. They just cited facts from that article.

Torrie Wilson returned to RAW last night. She had been on the road appearing at several autograph sessions over the weekend after taking some time off to tend to some ‘personal matters’ which many believe was Billy Kidman. Sources indicate Kidman has not been doing so well since his release several months ago.

Shane McMahon was backstage at the Survivor Series PPV and was obviously at RAW during the day as well.

There were several problems with the satellite feed skipping at the beginning of the show. At one point, WWE put up a technical difficulties graphic but it was quickly taken down when the feed came back.

Adam Lebow sent this: TSN also censored the replay that occured after the break, cutting to crowd footage of audience looking at the Tron (without showing the tron), and kept the audio feed. They cut back in time to show the rest of the replays…Being that TSN, unlike Sky Sports, picks up the feed from the USA Network and not directly from the WWE, TSN experienced all of the technical glitches that USA network had tonight. Additionally, TSN did not censor the Angle Slam on Maria during the live feed of the show…
