World Wrestling Entertainment officially filed a lawsuit in Bradenton, FL against a man who found a Blackberry that allegedly belonged to a WWE employee. WWE’s music coordinator had lost her phone at a Yankee’s game on the 6th of April. It was later found by Louis Glennon, Jr. When Glennon realized what he found, he forwarded email messages to her that he was downloading data from the device. When Glennon was contacted by World Wrestling Entertainment, he said he would send it overnight via UPS at WWE’s expense. After a week passed, WWE had not received the Blackberry, so WWE’s legal staff contacted Mr Glennon. At this point Glennon refused to send the Blackberry back as he felt he was being insulted by the legal staff. Yesterday WWE filed the lawsuit and asked that the device be retrieved, and have Glennon be forced to identify whom he shared any of the information with that was found on the Blackberry. Within hours after the lawsuit being filed, a judge agreed with WWE and sent deputies to retrieve the device. Note to Louis: You’re an idiot, grow up.
Gabe Sapolsky is currently in Florida working on editing the ROH PPV which will air on 7/1. Everyone is happy with how the rough footage came out. No major edits are expected, just minor ones for timing reasons.
The second ROH PPV will be taped on 6/23 and air in September.
