WWE has let the âKing Bookerâ trademark expire because they failed to indicate whether or not the âKing Bookerâ name represents a living person in the time allowed to renew the trademark. This could mean that when he does return to the company heâll return as âBooker T,â however WWE could always reapply for the trademark.
Speaking of trademarks, WWE has filed opposition against Anaconda Sports Inc. for their registration of the trademark âThe Rock.â
