We had many readers send us word that WWE.com has continued to play up the “Mr. McMahon death” storyline with an article up showing federal authorities in McMahon’s office at WWE Headquarters.

Speaking of, this is one of the reasons why the company postponed the Supplemental Draft until Sunday that was scheduled for earlier this morning. The talk within WWE creative is that they wanted to milk the angle and things like the draft or the PPV are not on the minds of anyone right now.
According to reports, many within WWE upper management were said to be ecstatic about the coverage the “expoding limo” Vince McMahon angle has gotten so far. The hope within WWE was that the angle would get mainstream attention and are happy with the coverage they have gotten so far. It should also be noted that WWE.com had one of its best days ever in terms of website traffic (we also saw a huge boost in audience here on the site over the last two days as well).
