Kennedy Wants Time Off For Wrestlers, Hart Foundation

WWE used to boast that their brand of entertainment has “no offseason”. In a recent interview, Ken Kennedy was asked if he could make one change in the wrestling business what would it be. Kennedy said he would vote for more time off. “Maybe every quarter have a week off, to recharge our batteries and spend time at home with family, it would help mentally and physically.” With the upcoming Congressional investigation into the grueling lifestyle of pro wrestlers, more time off may become a reality.

As noted earlier, WWE developmental wrestler Teddy Hart recently told family members that he will be heading to SmackDown in a few weeks. Take that one for what it’s worth. Hart is still expected to be paired up with Harry Smith and Nattie Neidhart as part of the “new” Hart Foundation.
