Edge Is Bitter, Stacy, Batista/Mysterio, Finlay

We’ve got even more evidence that Edge will be returning at this weekend’s Survivor Series. The DirectTV preview for the show features the tagline “EDGE IS BACK AND HE’S JUST A LITTLE … BITTER”. The description reads: “Who will survive when WWE Superstars collide at Survivor Series this Sunday, November 18 on DIRECTV® Pay Per View? Don’t miss Edge and your favorite WWE Superstars in a ringful of exciting matches.”. The “Edge is bitter” phrase was also used on the “Survivor Series Retro” video show on the Dish Network’s free preview of the event.

Chris Jericho continues his media tour promoting his new autobiography as he recently spoke with the CanWest News Service in Canada. Jericho told the outlet that if he could be any wrestler for one day it would be Stacy Keibler just so he could see what it would be like to have a butt like that. He said that the one wrestler that he wishes he could have wrestled was Owen Hart. Jericho was asked who was a wrestler that he admired as a kid but didn’t like as an adult, but he refused to answer.

Local advertisements are promoting Batista and Rey Mysterio vs. The Great Khali and Finlay as the main event for Tuesdayâ<80><99>s SmackDown tapings; however, it is likely that the match will be a dark match main event. Tuesdayâ<80><99>s tapings will take place from Tampa, Florida.

Last week WWE.com posted Part 1 of their recent interview with Bret Hart to commemorate the 10 year anneversary of the infamous Montreal Screwjob. Part 2 has now been posted. Here’s what Bret had to say about a number of topics: Wrestling’s Transformation: â<80><9c>The thing I learned about the wrestling profession, is that it morphs all the time and turns itself to different things. [WWE] has gone through some significant changes in the last 10 or 15 years that are hard to ignore. Wrestling has become a fast-paced entertainment.â<80> Today’s Top WWE Stars â<80><9c>The Superstars are all as hard working now as they were [when I was competing in WWE],â<80> he said, before specifically addressing several of Raw and SmackDownâ<80><99>s top champions. I have a lot of respect for Batista and John Cena; they have a lot of charisma and I like the emotion they bring. Also, I always thought Rey Mysterio was underrated and never got the credit that he deserves. [Reyâ<80><99>s] not only just a great wrestler, but he may be one of the greatest of all time.â<80> His Upcoming Book: â<80><9c>I have a lot of high hopes that people will enjoy the book,â<80> Hart said, referring to his recently published My Real Life in the Cartoon World of Wrestling. I hope it fills the void for wrestling fans that have a bit of a longing for the way things used to be and who like to reminisce of old memories.â<80> The Montreal Screwjob: â<80><9c>I have no regrets about anything I did. I felt I had an obligation to protect what I built, and do right by the fans who supported me through all those years. If I had to do it all over again, Iâ<80><99>d do exactly the same thing.â<80>
