As noted earlier, Raw on Monday drew a lackluster 3.23 rating. While it was down from last week, it should also be noted that it was going up against the highest-rated program in the history of cable television. The game between the Baltimore Ravens and the undefeated New England Patriots drew an average of 17.5 million viewers, slightly above the previous record-setter, “High School Musical 2.” (That movie, which first aired in August on the Disney Channel, drew an average of 17.2 million viewers.)
Advanced advertisements for the December 26th RAW house show in Nashville, Tennessee airing in local markets are promoting Umaga vs. Triple H in a street fight as well as WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Jeff Hardy. While some will speculate that this could give away the outcome of Triple H vs. Hardy match at Armageddon, that is unlikely as WWE changes things up several times before the events actually happen.
