The woman Helga, on the “American Gladiators,” is a former pro wrestler from Southern California. She was active years back, and was trained by Ric Drasin. She has also done competitive bodybuilding.
Former WWE tag team Gymini (The Shane Twins) did try outs for the new ‘Gladiators,’ but were never called back.
Rob Van Dam and Leticia Cline will be the guests on the return edition of WrestleZone Radio this Monday night from 7-9 PM EST. I (Ryan Clark) will be on the show on a weekly basis as well to run down all the latest news and rumors. This is going to be a lot of fun each week and the fan response to the show returning has been amazing already. From Seth in Bay City, MI: TMZ.com has a half and hour show on one of our local TV stations. I was flipping thru the stations and came across the tail end of their show. I caught part of them showing footage of Chyna and her assistant not being allowed in some trendy restaurant in L.A. then Chyna throwing a hissy fight. Then right after that, they showed clips of Brooke Hogan and Hulk talking about getting Brooke on “dancing with the stars”. The host basically made fun of Hulk and how he will do anything to get Brooke on TV. Pretty Funny.
