Linda Hogan Speaks Out On Her Divorce

Linda is accusing her husband of “legal shenanigans” in a court filing this week. Amongst her various claims are allegations that Hogan tried to get her to sign a post-nuptial agreement and that he is hiding $10 million from a 2007 real estate transaction on a residence in Florida from her. She has requested that the judge freeze his assets, and that he not be allowed to use any money from the real estate transaction. Linda has asked for a temporary injunction in her emergency motion filing.

She is saying that she was duped and gave away confidential divorce information in a session with Hogan and Tampa Attorney Les Barnett, which led her to file for divorce. Apparently she was told the session was for estate planning with assets from the sale of their $10 million home in last August, however she contends that in that session Hogan wanted her to sign a drafted post-nuptial agreement.

She admitted to removing $1.5 million from their accounts, claiming it was due to suspicious behavior by her husband last year. She says that she still has the money and contends that the money taken out of their accounts had been placed in a limited liability corporation and the only person who can have access to the funds is Eric Bischoff.

Linda had filed for divorce on November 20, 2007. Initially some had thought that the divorce was an attempt to divide the family’s assets from a planned civil suit against the Bolleas regarding their son, Nick Bollea. However as the case moves on, it seems that the case is legitimate.
