Lots More Brock Lesnar News, Cryme Tyme Returning?

Brock Lesnar’s Muscle & Fitness cover is one of the best selling issues of the new millennium, according to UFC’s official website. With only few thousand copies left to sell, Lesnar’s cover is closing in on Arnold Schwarzenegger as one of the all-time best sellers in years. The editor-in-chief of Muscle & Fitness, Peter McGough said, “We know and understand the power of the UFC in promoting magazine newsstand sales as we have done several covers with UFC fighters in the past. When the subject of Brock came up in our editorial meetings, we didnâ<80><99>t hesitate as he represents the best of WWE meets UFC, something we knew would excite our readers.” In the magazine, Brock reveals his training regimen as he prepares for his fight with Frank Mir at UFC 81. Wife and former WWE Diva Sable is also brought up in the article as it is noted that he shares a private gym with her adjacent to their Minneapolis house.

Former WWE star JTG of Cryme Tyme continues to appear on shows for OVW’s feeder farm system, Derby City Wrestling. He wrestled in the main event for last week’s show, and lost to Adam Revolver — who regularly does job duty on OVW TV shows.

Former WCW champion Lex Luger is still wheelchair bound, but is beginning to get movement back in his legs and torso, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. He can hold a drink in his hand.

In addition to his role in the upcoming “The Wrestler” movie, former WCW and WWE star Ernest “The Cat” Miller has also landed a role in a ’08 television series called “The Legend of Bruce Lee.” In the role, Miller will portray boxer Ernie Shavers.
