More On The Hulk Hogan Affair Story, Brooke Hogan, Hulk

  • The woman who reportedly had an affair with Hulk Hogan is speaking out on PerezHilton.com. Christiane Plante issued a statement to Hilton to tell her side of the story (regarding the story The National Enquirer saying that she had an affair with the wrestling legend) She said, “I do not know you but I must tell you one thing: I did NOT leak the story of my affair to the National Enquirer, nor was I paid ANY amount of money to issue my statement. In other words, I was framed.” She also added, “Upon being presented with evidence that Mr. Wrobel had concrete and obvious knowledge and proof of the affair (“What was the nature of your relationship with Hulk Hogan?” I said we were friends. Him: “Really? What about that letter you gave to Brooke two nights ago?” I was so taken aback, I completely broke down.) I decided I owed Brooke and the Hogan family a formal apology for my actions, which was my sole statement.” She closes out her statement by saying, “You won’t find me signing a deal for a tell-all book on the Hogans, pimping out juicy details of the affair, appearing on television to milk this 15 minutes for all it’s worth or anything of the sort. You can’t even find any pictures of me online. I am ashamed of what has taken place and it has caused me a lot of pain both personally and professionally. Call me what you want, but I did NOT leak this gossip to the press NOR did I gain ANY $$$ from it. It makes me wonder who has truly benefited by selling the story to the Enquirer and who has ca$hed in on this affair becoming public knowledge.”
  • In a new MySpace blog post, Brooke fires back at Christiane’s statement to Perez, in which she claims not to have gotten paid for revealing her hookup with Hulk, and apologizes for the affair. “I think she shoulda thought about what kinda press she was gonna get when she slept with her best friends famous father,” spits Brooke. “Maybe she did.” Ouch.
  • Brooke Hogan’s rumored television show on VH-1 is indeed happening and it’s actually going to be called “Brooke Hogan Knows Best.” VH-1 has ordered ten episodes for the “Hogan Knows Best” spin-off.
  • Hulk Hogan appeared on Bubba the Sponge’s radio show last week and pretended to not know who Floyd Mayweather was. When Bubba asked if he was really getting $20 million, Hogan said he had no idea. “Who is he? A boxer?” Hogan said for $2 million, he would go to WrestleMania and job for any midcarder or even Vince McMahon. Hogan also said, “I would even job for Meltzer.”
