Mack Johnson, a former WWE developmental wrestler (released in early ’06) turned country singer, has checked into a rehabilitation center through WWE. He wrote on his MySpace page: “Very few people that are closest to me know that Iâ<80><99>ve been battling an addiction for quite some time now. And those that didnâ<80><99>t know, will probably be pretty shocked as they read this message to find out that I have an addiction. I am proud, very proud to say that Iâ<80><99>ve accepted the fact that that I am going to do finally get off of my ass and do someting about this addiction. I pride myself on being honest with people therefore I have nothing to hide in this situation. This is a serious matter that well be taken care of starting at 6 am Friday(TODAY) when I get on an airplane to begin my road to recovery. Iâ<80><99>m sure most of you will think or say “Well I wouldâ<80><99>ve never thought” Well, Iâ<80><99>ll be the first to tell you, with Mr. Perfect Curt Hennig being my idol even after his death, and as great of a man and in-ring performer that he was…I can honestly say that nobody, and I mean NOBODY is Perfect, we all make mistakes. But then, itâ<80><99>s up to us to own up to our mistakes, accept the mistake and take responsibility and action for your mistake, and not to make the mistake again.” He also thanks WWE for making this possible. “I would like to thank Vince McMahon, the whole McMahon family, Jim Ross, Ann Gordon and WWE as a whole for making this opportunity available.
