WWE.com has an article up noting that during Rey Mysterio’s current media tour of China, a 7.8 earthquake devastated the nationâ<80><99>s southwestern Sichuan province today killing more than 8,500 people. Mysterio was at a media event in Xian, China when the earthquake hit. He was unharmed, evacuated and brought back to his hotel where he was put on the first floor for safety reasons. Hulk Hogan was interviewed last week by the Scripps Howard News Service to promote the new season of American Gladiators on NBC. Hogan spent a lot of time discussing his recent personal issues, including his divorce and Nick’s situation. The Hulkster said, “I had a real period where I had a tough, tough time. I got caught off guard with this divorce thing. I didn’t see it coming. My son is doing better. I pray for my wife every day. I am very grateful because we realize how very blessed we are. Now that we are aware, we are walking in the spirit of God. We are cool. We are way cool.”

It sounded like a joke at first, but RVD, who is very spiritual, said Hulk Hogan is one of the guys he calls up just to check on and “exchange positive energy” with.
Speaking of Hogan, the new season of American Gladiators debuts tonight on NBC.
