It has not been confirmed by WWE that Ric Flair will actually appear on Smackdown tomorrow night, which is being broadcast from Charlotte, NC. Although he has been advertised for the show, it could simply mean that he is appearing in front of the live crowd but will not be televised.
Just a reminder that The Hardyz will be teaming together to take on the team of Miz and Morrison on tomorrow night’s ECW broadcast. This most likely being done to combat competition from the MLB All-Star game.
WWE shipped 646,000 DVD’s in May which is a huge number for the company. A large chunk of that number was due to the WrestleMania 24 DVD, which shipped 280,000 units in its first 11 days out. Other big DVD sellers so far this year includes the Steve Austin DVD that has shipped 196,000 units, while the Triple H DVD has shipped 225,000 units.
