Maria opens the show in the upper deck by giving some people front row seats.
1st Match – Mike Know vs Finlay w/Hornswoggle
Finlay won after Horny distracted the ref and Finlay used his favorite weapon.
2nd Match – Mark Henry w/Tony Atlas vs Matt Hardy for the ECW Championship
Mark Henry won with world’s strongest slam after catching Hardy midair.
3rd Match – Eve Torres and Cherry vs Natalia and Maryse
Cherry won the match with a bulldog take down from the second rope
4th Match – Shelton Benjamin vs Mr. Kennedy for the US Championship
Shelton won with his finisher. (note: before the match Maria picked a kid out of the crowd and he got to come out and do the intro with Mr. Kennedy) Great Match
5th Match – Big Show vs Great Khali
Big Show won with the chokeslam. (Note: Khali is huge but not very fun to watch in person or on tv.)
6th Match – The Brian Kendrick with Ezekiel vs R-Truth
R-truth won with a quick rollup but got jumped by Zek after the match. Fast paced and fun to watch
7th Match – Jesse and Festus vs Curt Hawkins and Zach Ryder for WWE Tag team Championship
Hawkins and Ryder won after one of them grabbed the ring bell and rung it early with Festus in the ring. Festus goes comotose and I think Ryder gets the win with a rollup (I can’t tell them apart most the time)
8th Match – MVP vs Jeff Hardy in a No DQ match
Jeff won with the swanton bomb. (Throughout the evening the announcer told us to vote on what type of match they would have. Choices were 2 out of 3 falls, falls count anywhere, and No DQ.) Great Match. Fight went all over the arena.
