WWE results from the RAW broadcast at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, LA, on January 5: Melina & Goldust over Beth Phoenix & Santino Marella; CM Punk over WWE Inter-Continental Heavyweight Champion William Regal by disqualification in a title match; John Morrison & the Miz over Kofi Kingston & Rey Mysterio to retain the WWE World Tag Team Title, with Mike Knox attacking Mysterio afterward; Kelly Kelly over Jillian Hall; Cody Rhodes & Sim Snuka over Cryme Tyme; and Shawn Michaels & John Cena over Randy Orton & Chris Jericho.

Mike Johnson is reporting that various reports last night of Christian Cage being in New Orleans were false.

An updated lineup for WWEâs Royal Rumble PPV, which will be broadcast live from the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, MI, on January 25. Advertised: John Cena defends the WWE World Heavyweight Title against JBL; Beth Phoenix defends the WWE Womenâs Title against Melina; Jeff Hardy defends the WWE Heavyweight Title against Edge; and the thirty-man rumble match featuring Triple H, the Big Show, Vladimir Kozlov, Shelton Benjamin, the Undertaker, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, Kofi Kingston, Rey Mysterio, and more to be announced.

Ring of Honor will be at Sports Network and Fitness in Manassas, VA, on January 16. Advertised: Nigel McGuinness versus Tyler Black; Jay Briscoe will team with a partner yet to be announced against the American Wolves (Eddie Edwards & Davey Richards), with Larry Sweeney; Delirious versus the Necro Butcher in a grudge match; Brent Albright & Erick Stevens versus Damien Wayne & Chris Escobar; and Rhett Titus versis Sean Denny. ROH will be at the Inman Sports Club in Edison, NJ, on January 17.
