Tonight’s edition of Dan Masters Live features a blend of wrestling and entertainment news and information, beginning at 9:00 PM ET, and is brought to you by Georgia Wrestling History’s GWH Radio Network.
World Wrestling Entertainment results from the RAW broadcast at the Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, FL, on March 9: JBL over CM Punk to win the WWE Inter-Continental Heavyweight Title; Maryse over Melina; Kofi Kingston over Chris Jericho in a qualifier for WrestleMania’s Money-in-the-Bank match, with some helpful distraction from Ric Flair; Rey Mysterio, Jr., Finlay & Christian over Kane, John Morrison & the Miz; and Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase, Jr., over Triple H by forfeit in a handicap match when HHH failed to show, instead breaking into the supposed home of Randy Orton and attacking him before being arrested. Koko B. Ware was officially announced into the 2009 WWE Hall of Fame, to be inducted by the Honky Tonk Man.
The lineup for tonight’s ECW broadcast on Sci-Fi, from WWE, is as follows: Primo Colon versus the Miz; Tyson Kidd versus DJ Gabriel; and a battle royal qualifier for WrestleMania’s Money-in-the-Bank match. There will also be an announcement on the return of Evan Bourne. Click here for spoilers.
WWE dark match results from the event at the Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, FL, on March 9: in a pre-show match, Mike Knox over Johnny Curtis. John Cena came out after the broadcast ended and attacked Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase, Jr., before the Big Show came out for a match with Cena. Result was Cena over Show in the post-show dark match.
The final overall rating for Friday’s edition of WWE’s SmackDown was 2.0.
WWE has released Kizarny.
Total Nonstop Action has announced the wrestling debut of Danny Bonaduce at the Lockdown PPV on April 19. His opponent is expected to be unveiled on Bondauce’s radio show on March 20.
Ring of Honor has added the following matches to upcoming events: on March 13 in Collinsville, IL, Nigel McGuinness defends the ROH World Heavyweight Title against Brent Albright; Austin Aries versus Roderick Strong, and Brent Albright versus Eddie Edwards take place on March 20 in Elizabeth, PA; and in New York City on March 21, Erick Stevens & Roderick Strong versus Kenny King & Rhett Titus.
American Combat Wrestling will be at the Bourbon Street Night Club in New Port Richey, FL, tonight.
The United Wrestling Association will be at the Seymour Hardware & Building Supply in Seymour, TN, tonight.

MARCH 10, 1972 (FRIDAY) – ATLANTA, GA – ATLANTA MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM [P] (Paul Jones – Promoter / Georgia Championship Wrestling) > Jerry Oates defeated Raton Kadoka > Tim Geohagen & Klondike Bill defeated Rocket & Flash Monroe by disqualification > Buddy Colt and El Mongol wrestled to a draw > Dick Steinborn defeated Bepo Mongol by disqualification > Georgia Tag Team Title Match: Ray Gunkel & Buddy Fuller* defeated the Assassins > Texas Death Cage Match: Roberto Soto defeated Billy Spears / Notes: Raton Kadoka substituted for the Champ in the match with Jerry Oates. In the match between Ray Gunkel & Buddy Fuller and the Assassins, one of the Assassins pinned Fuller, but the referee had been dazed during an earlier collision and awarded the belts to Gunkel and Fuller. The Assassins were outraged, and the titles were held up pending a review. Ray Gunkel & Buddy Fuller had been the reigning Georgia Tag Team Champions since they defeated the Assassins on December 17, 1971, in Atlanta. Assassin #1 managed Bepo Mongol. Eddie Smith was credited as being a referee for this card. It was announced that Ox Baker and Wilbur Snyder would be wrestling in Atlanta on March 17, 1972. Roberto Soto participated in an autograph session for fans.
