The Hennepin County Prosecutor’s office out of Minnesota have officially announced that former AWA owner and WWE Hall of Famer Verne Gagne will not be charged with any criminal charges as a result of the death of a fellow resident at the Friendship Village assisted housing. "Gagne suffers from Dementia, such that it would make it impossible and unjust for him to be held criminally responsible under the law in Minnesota."
