PWO Tag Team Titles: Greg Valentine & Jim Neidhart vs. Morty Rackem & Matthew Justice
Since capturing the PWO Tag Titles two weeks ago, Valentine and Neidhart have been on a mission, a mission to prove age is only a number and there is still a lot left that each have to offer the wrestling business. Hammer & Anvil are scheduled to defend the tag titles against The Clash August 9 at Wrestlelution 2, but before they make it there they have to get through this defense against “Bloody” Morty Rackem and Matthew Justice – Pirate Justice. Rackem & Justice have had seemingly endless arguments and miscues stemming from Rackem’s insistent use of his steel-studded belt as a foreign object, and Justice’s refusal to do the same. Last week, Rackem told Justice that this match was Justice’s final opportunity to prove to Rackem he has what it takes. Can these two high-octane young athletes dethrone the timeless veterans? Or can Valentine & Neidhart score a major win on their road to Wrestlelution? And if they do, how will Morty Rackem respond to his opponents, or perhaps more importantly… his partner?
The Josh Prohibition & Johnny Gargano Story – Part 2
Last week on PWO TV, Josh Prohibition and Johnny Gargano each sat down in separate locations to candidly and truthfully tell their side of the story of the most shocking and tumultuous split to take place in wrestling this year. Last week, the two men discussed the first year of PWO, and their unstoppable partnership. Prohibition revealed that he never looked at Gargano as an equal, but a puppet to help him do his bidding. Meanwhile, Gargano revealed that, at the time, he believed Josh was looking out for Gargano’s best interests and trusted in him fully. This week, Josh and Johnny discuss the most recent 12 months of PWO. From Johnny Gargano’s #1 Contender’s contract, to Josh Prohibition’s growing obsession with the PWO title, to the swerve that changed PWO forever when Prohibition won the PWO Title, seemingly moments after cheating Gargano out of his. Tempers are sure to boil over as both men reveal all leading into their emotional and personal championship battle August 9 at Wrestlelution 2.
Marshall “The Bull” Gambino w/Aaron Maguire vs. “Megastar” Marion Fontaine
Despite tormenting and threatening the PWO roster and staff for months, Marshall the Bull has never had an official PWO match… until now. Now under the direction of Aaron Maguire, this once-again greedy power agent looks to erase the past 9 months of poverty and despair and reclaim his spot as richest man in
TV Title Qualifying Match: “Big Bear” Benjamin Boone vs. “Handicapped Hero” Gregory Iron
PWO’s search for the youngest, hungriest, most deserving talent looking to make an impact led to “Omega” Aaron Draven officially qualifying for PWO’s match to crown its first ever Television champion August 9th at Wrestlelution 2. This week, we decide the second athlete in this equation. “Big Bear” Benjamin Boone has been undefeated since joining forces with “Amazing” N8 Mattson and leaving Ohio for the alleged greener pastures of Michigan. Iron has recently been mentally sidetracked by the psychotic mind games of “DeeeLicious” Jimmy DeMarco, who after losing a couple of matches thanks to Iron, decided to get personal and target Iron’s family, specifically Greg’s 11-year-old brother Zach. DeMarco even went as far as to stalk Greg & Zach outside of wrestling, filming them at school and at the park, among countless hours of other footage DeMarco has allegedly captured. DeMarco has been banned from the building this week as a result of these reprehensible actions, but will it be enough for Iron to refocus on his career instead of the safety and well-being of his family?
M-Dogg 20 Matt Cross Responds To Mike Tolar
In his quest to capture the PWO Championship, Tolar’s plan all along has seemed to find as easy of a route possible to former champion M-Dogg 20 in order to prove his worth to PWO management. Tolar seems to look down on Cross, referring to M-Dogg as merely a “stuntman” and a “gymnast” and not what a “real wrestler” should be, such as a Kent State University All-American, like Tolar is. Tolar feels high-flying action has NO place in pro wrestling, especially PWO, and even went as far as to seriously injure young thrill seeker Omega Aaron Draven to prove his point. This week, M-Dogg responds just weeks away from his one-on-one championship contender’s match with Tolar at PWO Wrestlelution 2.
