NWA ANARCHY TV TAPING RESULTS 7-18-09
As Greg Hunter started the taping he was interrupted by Truitt Fields who challenged Shatter to a Boot Camp match for the next TV Taping on 8-1-09
In a “dark match” Baby Walter (Johnny Swinger) defeated Aaron Lee
Shaun Tempers retained the NWA Anarchy TV Title pinning Ace Rockwell with a handful of tights in a Lumberjack Match where Hall County Firemen surrounded the ring. Crowd was hot for this match.
Vignette aired with Shatter & Jeff G Bailey accepting Truitt Fields’ Boot Camp Match challenge
Greg Hunter interviewed NWA Anarchy Tag Team Champions, The New Wave (Driver & Walters) in the ring. Talent & Money came out and challenged them to a 2 out of 3 falls title match for 8-1-09. New Wave accepted.
The Reverend, Dan Wilson, came to the ring and said that The Skirra Corvus would not face Iceberg, and that Jerry Palmer had set a double standard by allowing Iceberg to hurt Azrael, choking him with a coat hanger, something that would have led to a suspension were it done by a Reject. Iceberg came out and stalked
Vignette aired with Mike Posey talking with referee Dee Byers, telling him he understood how Dee could have screwed up as the ref in his match, and asking
Jeremy Vain retained the NWA Anarchy Heavyweight Title defeating Malachi. Post match Todd Sexton hit the ring and knocked Malachi out with a running knee, then spit on the Young Lions Medallion.
The 1st half of the show was taped for television. The second half consisted of 5 Tag Team matches where the teams were picked at random by the fans. Winning the 5 matches were Slim J (alone, as Iceberg could not compete), Seth Delay & Brody Chase, Orion Bishop & Ace Rockwell, Shaun Tempers & Mike Mosley, and Andrew Alexander & Andrew Pendleton.
The winners of the 5 tag team matches then participated in a Battle royal that came down to Seth Delay vs Slim J. The Hall County Firemen again surrounded the ring, and the final two had a no DQ match. Much of the Anarchy lockeroom came out during the match and fights began breaking out all around the ring, as Slim J went on to defeat Seth Delay and earn a title match of his choice.
That match will be for Jeremy Vain’s NWA Anarchy Title and will be on 8-1-09.
