Former WWE/ECW Superstar The Vampire Kevin Thorn will battle the self proclaimed real NJ State Champion Danny Demanto.

1. If a champion defeats another champion, they win that persons title along with retaining their own.
2. If a non title holder defeats a champion, they win the title of who was pinned.
3. If a non title holder is defeated, no title is won.
