Opening Bell 7:30

Match 1: Goldust Vs. Paul Birchill

Let me first say Goldust is really over. He got a big pop. For his career not being where it was 5 years ago people still respect him. Pretty average match with Goldust picking up the win with a different looking variation of the final cut.

Winner: Goldust

Match 2: 6 Diva tag match

Maryse, Alicia Fox, and Katie Lee Vs. Melina and the Bella Twins

(Special Guest Referee: Santino Marella)

I was surprised with this match. With Santino you expect an all comedy match but there was some decent wrestling. To make it better all the Divas were in sexy Santa outfits. It starts off with Melina and Maryse getting into a cat fight with Santino somehow getting in the middle. Santino split it up but Melina let out her trademark scream to get Santino out of her way. Typical quick tag ins you would expect to see at a house show. At one point one of the Bella’s and Alicia Fox knocked down Santino and rolled over him. Katie Lee was having a wardrobe malfunction her pants kept falling down to show her nice G-string. At one point Melina screamed "Pull up your pants" Funny stuff. The finish came when Melina did a leg drop into a split on Katie Lee for the pin. After seeing this match I would like to see Santino became Diva Law are something like that. I would laugh for days.

Winners: Melina and the Bella Twins

Match 3: The Miz Vs. MVP (US Championship)

Miz cut a great heel promo before the match. Basically it was how he got nothing for Christmas because he earned everything he’s gotten unlike everyone else. He then went on to tell us it was too bad not everyone got what they wanted because Miz action figures were flying off the shelf to fast. Really got the fans fired up. MVP came out to a big pop. Some good back and forth action. Very generic match. Miz gets the pin with the Skull crushing finale.

Winner: The Miz

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
