CM Punk & Chris Jericho w/ Luke Gallows vs. Rey Mysterio & Kane
Wow!!! This was the highlight of the night!!!! CM Punk and Jericho together had the most heat in this show. As Punk made his way to the ring, he told the crowd to be quiet as Fink announced his tag partner Jericho to come in. The crowd boos and then Punk started talking in southern talk in which in his words " Do I need to talk like this to get you guys to understand." It was pretty funny. So Jericho comes out then the lights go out for Kane.. As Kane’s music hits, Punk said "Whoa whoa whoa, stop!!!" The lights come back on, which gave more heat from the crowd. Most heat I heard in a long time. Punk and Jericho goes on to say that nobody is not running the show but them in which they go on to explain there slammy awards, world titles, straight edge talk, best at what i do stuff, etc. Jericho tells Punk that he is his "dog". This really had me thinking that this team should of of been the "Jeri-show" team. They had such great chemistry together. "You suck" chants came on to Jericho in which he replied "no we dont suck, were not from Raleigh". Kane and Rey had some huge pops. Before the match Rey grabbed Jericho’s slammy and climbed the top rope in which he was going to dropped the slammy on the groud and Kane was there guarding Rey. Jericho was on his knees, however Punk snuck his way on the other side of the ring to catch the slammy once Rey dropped it. Great stuff. As for the match, very entertaining in which the ending saw Jericho’s slammy breaking in half and both him and Punk get 619 and double chokeslammed to lose the match. Rey and Kane held both halves of the slammy and walked out holding it up in the air walking out as Jericho looks in surpise. Jericho tried to get Punk’s slammy but Punk refused. Jericho throws a hissy fit and grabs a mic and says " I want a slammy!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Punk later on shared his slammy with Jericho and they both hugged each other, arm and arm holding their slammy up in the air as Gallows claps for the two.
World Heavyweight Championship: Undertaker vs Batista
Batista and Undertaker probally had the two biggest pops of the night. As for the match, kind of lackluster in ways but showed some technical mat wrestling in which showed in the end Taker pinning Batista with the tombstone to retain.
