TV announcers for week one as well as the NXT Challenge were Byron Saxton & Dusty Rhodes, for week two Saxton was joined by Abraham Washington, and in week three by Wade Barrett.
Ray Leppan & Richie Steamboat have been working house shows, but made their FCW TV debuts in this taping.
Adam Atherton & Joe Doering made their FCW Arena debuts. Doering was trained by Scott D’Amore & Jerry Lynn and made a couple of TNA appearances, but became a major star in All Japan even winning the All Japan Tag Titles with Keiji Muto (The Great Muta) as his partner.
The Gabriel-Kaval match is my first real “Match Of The Year” candidate. For those of you with access to FCW, this match airs on March 14th. WATCH IT!
