Backstage Segment: Hogan/Hebner

Bubba is in Hogan’s office trying to talk him out of fighting and Earl Hebner walks in, asking Hogan for another shot. Bubba talks him into listening to Hebner, and Hogan says Earl will ref the match, and that he can help him by stopping the match if Hogan can’t continue. We get a rundown of Destination X before we see Jeff Jarrett in the back with James Storm. Jarrett says he didn’t have a choice to be in this match. Storm says he did and that he volunteered. He says it’s about what can you do for me and Jarrett hasn’t done anything for him lately. Jarrett takes offense and hits Storm, and then gets beatdown by Robert Roode who runs in. Foley tells them to break it up, and to do this in the ring. Beer Money tells Jarrett they’ll see him in the ring as we go to another break. The action resumes in the ring and Foley, who is the special referee, tells them to ring the bell.

Handicap Match:
Jeff Jarrett vs Beer Money

Beer Money trade punches on Jarrett and James Storm hits the Eye of the Storm on Jarrett. Roode holds Jarrett up for Storm, who goes to spit beer in Jarrett’s face, but he misses and hits Roode instead. Jarrett takes over and sends both men outside of the ring. He tries getting back inside but Storm catches up and grabs his foot. Foley stops Storm and hands the barbed-wire bat to Jarrett to use. Jarrett goes to lay out Roode with the bat but referee Slick Johnson runs in and stops him from hitting Roode. Beer Money hits a low blow and then the DWI for the 3 count as Foley tries to stop it.

Backstage Segment: Hogan/Abyss

Abyss wants Hogan to let him end this thing between them and Flair/AJ, but Hogan says Abyss doesn’t know Flair like he does. Brooke comes in crying asking if her dad is Ok and they sit down and talk. He says everything is fine and that Abyss has his back. She says to them you are the Hulkster, but he is her dad first. He says he’ll be OK and he needs to do this. He promises her that this will be the last time he ever wrestles as we go to another commercial.
