Backstage
John Cena is seen backstage eating a bowl of Fruity Pebbles. Todd Grisham sort of looks to Cena who responds with “I’m feeling yabadaba delicious. The camera switches to a different part of the backstage area where Striker is interviewing C.M. Punk who said he is definitely going to win the Elimination Chamber match, this is followed by a Wrestlemania video.
Elimination Chamber: John Cena vs. Randy Orton vs. John Morrison vs. C.M. Punk vs. R-Truth vs. Sheamus
Cena is still pretending to eat Fruity Pebbles as he makes his entrance to the ring as his music blares in the arena. Each man makes his way to the ring as their music plays. The match is formally announced, the bell rings and the match begins. John Morrison and Sheamus start this elimination chamber match off. Morrision has the advantage early on in the match. Sheamus clotheslines Morrison in the middle of the ring. Morrison jumps right back up and makes his way to the top rope, Sheamus is able to push him off the ropes and onto the grating before Morrison is able to attempt any high flying moves. C.M. Punk is the next to enter the match, but his pod didn’t open. Orton starts beating Punk’s head as it’s sticking outside of the pod. Orton hits an RKO on Orton and a pin. GM email chimes and says Punk didn’t get a fair chance due to his pod not opening correctly, allowing Punk to re-enter the match. Punk is put back in his pod. Sheamus, Orton, and Morrison were still actively attacking each other. John Cena is the next to enter the match. As his door opened, Sheamus runs up on his pod and kicks Cena in the stomach. Cena and Morrison are back and forth. Sheamus then runs up on both men with a double clothesline. Sheamus not paying attention is attacked by Orton from behind. R-Trith’s pod opens next and Sheamus is just standing there waiting for him. Truth hop tosses Sheamus onto the steel grating. Sheamus gets a brough kick and pins R-Truth, being the first to be eliminated from the match. Orton is attacking Morrison. Orton rams Morrison through the glass of one of the pods. Orton and Cena are attacking one another. Punk’s pod opens once again, correctly, and Orton is waiting for him. Cena attacks Orton with an attitude adjustment before Orton gets a chance to pounce on Punk. Orton counters with an RKO on Cena. Punk hits Orton with a GTS and a pin to eliminate Randy Orton. The crowd begins to chant “CM PUNK!” as Orton exits the chamber. Morrison hits a cross body on Sheamus, eliminating him. Cena and Punk start going at it. Cena gets an attitude adjustment on Punk, Morrison recovers and breaks it all up. Punk attempts a springboard off the ropes but slips. He quickly recovers and hits Cena with a move on the grating. Punk can clearly be heard yelling “Owww!” after that one. Morrison does some high-flying stuff off the steel fencing, finishing up with a cool kick on Punk. Crowd dug that spot. Morrison attempts a split-legged moonsault but Punk moves just in time. Morrison is selling the knee. Punk ends up eliminating him. So Morrison is now eliminated as well. Just a few seconds later, Cena attempts the Attitude Adjustment on Punk but Punk blocks it by holding onto the ropes. Cena simply pushes Punk over the ropes and onto the grating with an Attitude Adjustment for the pinfall. Punk is eliminated. John Cena wins.
