NY Times Article Examines Big Show’s Size & Travel Issues

WWE star Big Show has written and submitted a new article to The New York Times, which has been posted on the newspaper’s website. The article examines how Big Show’s size affects his travel and flight abilities, and also sheds more light on what medically contributes to Big Show’s size.

The article notes, "I’M lucky because I usually fly first class, and have been doing that for the last 16 years.

It’s also better for my fellow passengers that I’m usually not stuffed in coach. I’m called Big Show for a reason. I’m a little over seven feet tall and weigh about 450 pounds. Could you see me in coach? It would be ridiculous.

I was diagnosed with acromegaly, which is a problem with the pituitary gland producing too much growth hormone. I had transsphenoidal surgery on the gland at the Mayo Clinic in the early 1990s, and I am very healthy today. But I’m still a big guy." You can read the full article if you CLICK HERE.
